5 lbs, vacuum-sealed. Save any whey in the package for pulling (see instructions.)

Gluten-free, low-sodium, no trans fats, and no added sugars.

Ingredients: our pasteurized milk, vinegar, vegetable rennet.

Shelf-life: 5 weeks sealed, 2 weeks after opening.
