How will my order ship?
We love to ship, and we’re good at it! We ship on Tuesdays and are proud to use PeriShip via FedEx, which helps packages arrive in much better condition. *We offer FREE Ground shipping, including the insulated shipper and gel ice to keep your order fresh, for all orders within our primary shipping zones. For shipping outside our primary zones (where ground shipments would take more than two days) we require FedEx 2-day Air shipping to ensure your order arrives in great condition. If 2-day Air shipping is required, you will see an additional $38.00 shipping charge added at checkout. We love your feedback–please keep in touch! NOTE: YOU MUST GIVE US A PHYSICAL ADDRESS, NOT A POST OFFICE BOX! If you put in a PO Box, we’ll have to process a refund to you, and the order will not go through.
What if I want to send a gift?
If this is a gift, please fill out the gift message and special instructions form fields during checkout with pertinent information, i.e. “Please don’t ship until the Tuesday before [date].” We will honor any delayed shipment instructions you provide, so feel free to order in advance to be sure we have plenty of stock to fill your order.
What if the cheese I want is sold out?
