For the next few weeks, we’re including an 8-oz container of Cloumage™ in your shipment for you to enjoy. This very versatile cheese is Karl’s newest and it’s yummy! Please tell us how you’re using it-we’d love to include your photos, too.

Hannahbells are great aperitifs, and they also melt beautifully! Use them in mushroom caps or pizza, throw them into steamed vegetables, pasta, or risotto. Some chefs are rolling them in nuts for croutons on salads. Hannahbells combine well with both sweet and savory foods. See the Recipe and Blog pages for more serving suggestions.

Flavors:

• Shallot, with chips of golden shallot. Pairs beautifully with all beverages.

Shelf life of the Hannahbells is four weeks. They must be stored at 38 to 40 degrees F and good air circulation is needed for the rind to get the oxygen it needs, typical of many bloomy-rind cheeses. Hence the ventilated packaging! Keep them in the humidifier drawer of your refrigerator, so they don’t dry out and re-use any of the special film they come with.

Shipping charges includes the cost of an insulated carton and blue ice. As soon as you receive the cheeses, open the box to let them breathe, and refrigerate. Enjoy at room temperature or heated.

Tip: You can maximize your shipping by ordering any combination totaling 6 that will all go in the same carton.

We can only ship to physical addresses, no P.O. Boxes please.

We ship as soon as possible, and will notify you if there are delays of more than a few days. If your shipment is 2-day, we won’t ship later than Wednesday, holding your order until the following week. If you want us to delay shipment to a specific date, just contact us. We currently only ship to Continental United States. For special orders and large orders, please contact us.
