Shelf life of the Hannahbells is four weeks. They must be stored at 38 to 40 degrees F and good air circulation is needed for the rind to get the oxygen it needs, typical of many bloomy-rind cheeses. Hence the ventilated packaging! Keep them in the humidifier drawer of your refrigerator, so they don’t dry out and re-use any of the special film they come with.

Important: We ship with an insulated carton and gel ice. Hannahbells are packed with breathable film that lets them get the oxygen they need, and must have new air within 48 hours. SO, we ship using the method that will get them there within 2 days, ground or air, depending on the destination. We ship Monday through Wednesday. If you want us to delay shipment contact us. If your purchases needs a gift card or holiday ribbon, contact us. For special and large orders contact us.
Both Cloumage and Hannahbells should be kept refrigerated until warmed up for eating.
