Mozzarella, the old fashioned way
Our Fresh Handmade Mozzarella Curd is the color of milk, creamy and buttery. White mozzarella in the United States has titanium oxide added to mimic the white color of buffalo milk. Not ours, it’s simply the color of milk. Our mozzarella curd was developed with Lourdes Smith of Fiore di Nonno, whose grandfather supplied mozzarella to Frank Sinatra. (Yep, he sent a plane from California once a week!)
You can taste our milk, and the end notes are distinctly buttery.

Ingredients: Milk, microbial rennet, vinegar. Gluten free, no trans fats, no added sugars (no salt.)
Shelf life: 5 weeks, 2 after opening.
