Hannahbells are great aperitifs, which is how they are used in France. They also melt beautifully! People are toasting them in mushroom caps or pizza, and throwing them into steamed vegetables, pasta, or risotto. Some chefs are rolling them in nuts and using them as croutons on salads. Hannahbells combine well with a multitude of both sweet and savory foods.
 

Shelf life of the Hannahbells is five weeks or more. They must be stored at 38 to 40 degrees F and good air circulation is needed for the rind to get the oxygen it needs, typical of many bloomy-rind cheeses. Hence the ventilated packaging!  Keep them in the humidifier drawer of your refrigerator, so they don’t dry out.

We import two forms of delicious flora from France for the delicate rind on each tiny cheese.  Flavors: Classic French, Shallot, Rosemary and Lavender Bud. Other flavors made on request.

Shipping Information

The shipping price (calculated in PayPal) is for up to 18 small packs or 8 party packs, this means that if you want to order two small packs, you will NOT get charged double shipping.

We can’t ship to a P. O. Box.

To keep your Hannahbells fresh and delicious all orders are shipped via UPS ground or air - whichever will get them there faster - in an insulated carton with blue ice.  As soon as you receive the cheeses, open the box to let them breathe, and keep them refrigerated.

We can ship within 14 days of your order, unless we notify you otherwise. We currently only ship to Continental United States. For special orders and large orders, please contact us.
